This policy applies to the Cafe Pomodoro (also called CafePomodoro) mobile application provided by Fix Fun Studio. Its Android package identifier is com.barpomodoro.

1. Data we process

Timer settings, focus history, café décor, music choices, and other preferences are primarily stored on your device. Fix Fun Studio does not create user accounts.

When you use Drifting Notes, the app sends the content you enter (up to 45 characters), a preset anonymous signature, locale, send date, and delivery status, together with a randomly generated app device token, to our Cloudflare Worker and D1 database. The server stores only a SHA-256 hash of the device token and does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number. Do not include names, contact details, or other personally identifying information in a note.

The app uses Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics for advertising, usage analytics, and stability. These services may automatically process device or other identifiers (including advertising and installation identifiers), IP address and inferred approximate location, app and ad interactions, crash logs, diagnostics, and device or app information.

2. Purposes

• Serve and measure ads and prevent abuse, including personalized or non-personalized ads depending on consent, device settings, and applicable law.
• Understand feature usage and improve the experience.
• Diagnose crashes, performance, and technical problems and maintain security and stability.
• Queue, deliver, and synchronize anonymous Drifting Notes and enforce daily send limits, reporting, hiding, and blocking.

3. Third-party services and sharing

Google may process the data above as our analytics, crash-reporting, and advertising service provider. Google may use data to provide services, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, and security under its terms. Cloudflare hosts Drifting Notes and their anonymous hashed device identifiers on our behalf to provide the feature and prevent abuse. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

4. Transmission and security

Network transfers use protections such as HTTPS. Local data is protected by your operating system's security controls. A received Drifting Note can be reported and hidden in the app; reporting also blocks later content from that anonymous sender. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

5. Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you clear it in the app, clear app storage in system settings, or uninstall the app. Drifting Notes, anonymous hashed device identifiers, and necessary report or block records are retained while the service operates, or removed through reporting, maintenance, or operational cleanup. Clearing local app data or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete anonymous notes that have already been queued or delivered. To request deletion of data or content, contact us at the email below. Because the service has no accounts and is designed to be anonymous, we may be unable to reliably match a request to specific remote content.

Analytics, crash, and advertising data processed by Google is retained under Google's retention policies. You may reset or delete the advertising identifier in device settings and use Google's privacy controls.

6. Children's privacy

The app is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. Contact us if you believe a child's data has been handled improperly.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The latest date will be shown on this page.
